MomentumLedger is a business tool. When you store client contact details and send invoices or reminders, you may be uploading information about other people (your Client Data).

  • You control what you upload and who you email.
  • You are responsible for having the right to use that Client Data and to contact those recipients.
  • We process Client Data to provide the service to you.

In many cases, you are the controller of Client Data and we act as a processor or service provider.

The information we collect depends on how you use MomentumLedger. Typically this includes:

Name, email address, password (stored securely), and authentication-related data.

B) Business profile (optional)

Business name, logo, address, preferred currency, invoice settings, and related configuration.

  • Invoice line items, amounts, dates, due dates, notes, and tax info you enter.
  • Invoice status events (draft, sent, viewed, overdue, paid).

D) Expense data

Expense descriptions, dates, vendors, amounts, categories or tags, and optional client allocation.

  • We store email activity (what was sent, when, to whom).
  • We may receive delivery-related events from our email provider (delivered, bounced, failed, complained) to improve reliability and prevent abuse.
We prioritize deliverability and operational signals. Open-tracking is not required for core invoice reminders.

F) Usage and technical data

Basic logs and device or browser information to keep the service secure and functioning (for example: IP-derived region, timestamps, performance or error logs).

G) Support communications

Information you provide when you contact us for support or send feedback, including attachments you choose to share.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve MomentumLedger.
  • Authenticate you and secure your account.
  • Generate invoices, dashboards, recurring items, and metrics as configured by you.
  • Send service-related emails such as verification, invoice emails you trigger, reminders you enable, and important account notices.
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • Monitor usage for troubleshooting, security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention.
