Chasing emails must relate to real invoices and existing client relationships.
No marketing
MomentumLedger is not a marketing or newsletter tool. Do not use it for promotional campaigns or unrelated outreach.
Recipient rules
Reminders can only go to client emails saved on the invoice or client record.
Guardrails and pauses
We enforce safe limits and may pause chasing if bounces or complaints are detected.
