How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans include 2 months free. You pay the equivalent of 10 months upfront and can switch billing anytime.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can cancel or downgrade whenever you want. Your data stays in your account; only premium features turn off.
Does MomentumLedger send emails from my address?
You will send invoice emails through MomentumLedger's email service settings. The goal is clean deliverability without complicated setup.
Do you track email opens?
No - not by default. For invoice reminders, we prioritize deliverability and reliability over open tracking.
How do you prevent reminder emails from becoming spammy?
Premium chasing includes guardrails like safe intervals, stop rules, and automatic pausing when deliveries fail or complaints happen. You control the sequence, and you can pause chasing per invoice anytime.
Is MomentumLedger a full accounting system?
No. It is intentionally focused on invoicing, expenses, and a clear view of money in vs money out - the parts most small businesses actually use day-to-day.
Can I move from Pro to Premium later without changing my workflow?
Yes. Premium builds on Pro. Your existing invoices, recurring setups, and logs stay - you just unlock the chasing dashboard and advanced automation controls.
